In 2017, Chris Rock listed his historical Brooklyn brownstone — located in the heart of the Clinton Hill district — for sale. According to Architectural Digest, Rock purchased the home more than 20 years ago and rented it out for a princely sum of $8,000/month, and he put it on the market for $3.9 million. Apartment Therapy reported that in 2018, he sold the property for $3.35 million.
