Cinco is Usher’s oldest son and has been a part of the singer’s platform since birth. The 15-year-old was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes very young, boosting the family’s advocacy around the disease. Although he is his father’s namesake, Cinco prefers not to be addressed as Usher, choosing instead to double down on his individuality.
“I have one son, Cinco, who does not like to be called Usher, who tries to get away from it,” Usher said in an interview on the “Tamron Hall Show.”
Usher’s son Naviyd is 14 years old and does not shy away from the spotlight like his older brother. In an Instagram post celebrating his 13th birthday, Usher described his second-born as a “Silent Partner, Creative Director, Always Full of Ideas… You’re ‘The Good News.'”

Sire, who is almost 2 years old, is Usher’s youngest child, and the singer chose 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” as his third son’s entrance song into the world.
