According to her, Yung Miami "scammed" her way into the industry
Before becoming a rapper, Yung Miami was on Instagram “hustle promoting” her brand. In an interview with Vulture, Yung Miami said that she felt she “scammed” her way into a rap career.
“Me and JT say that all the time,” she said. “We be like, ‘We scammed our way into the music industry.’ We’re the biggest scammers of all time. Honestly, I had never been in the studio before. JT had grown up rapping with her father. So she seriously just one day called me — imagine this is one of your friends — like, ‘Hey, let’s rap.'”
But she also has some business ventures
Caresha Please may be becoming an empire.
She has a website full of merch that includes various sayings from the artist plus more.
“Caresha Please is a safe place for women to vent and let their inner City Girl out, Caresha hand picks all items and definitely sets the vibe for our fun, girly, no drama atmosphere,” the website states.

In the official announcement on the Revolt website, it was revealed that Yung Miami’s new show, “Caresha Please,” will be featured on all the different platforms owned by Revolt (both digital and terrestrial).

“The series promises to have real, raw, and uncut conversations with the biggest names in the game — and with the show being executive produced by the ‘Act Up’ rapper and Diddy, along with Quality Films, we are more than sure that it will deliver,” reports the outlet.
She got it all from her mama
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Yung Miami revealed that it was her mother who taught her the importance of self-confidence, and self-reliance, in the business world. She also revealed that it was her mother who taught her the value of surrounding herself with equally successful people, too.
“My mom always told me ‘Don’t talk to a man who can’t do nothing for you. If you talkin’ to a man, make him do something for you.’ I don’t wanna talk to a broke boy. Period. That’s why it sounds like we’ve been doing it for a while. We just talkin’,” she said to the outlet.
